Do I need a special device to listen to these materials?
No. You can listen on any cassette/cd player, including your car or computer if you have a CD player and speakers.
How long do I have to listen to my selections?
We allow two weeks to listen.
What happens if I need more time?
Do not send your audios back and the due date will automatically extend for an additional 2 weeks.
What does it cost me to use this service?
NOTHING! It is free to you! Your state is supporting the program to help you with your professional development.
How many titles can I order at once?
As many as you want. Since we only ship two selections at once you never have to worry about too much to listen to.
How can I access my rental history?
You can view your rental history by logging into your account. Once logged in, click the View Queue button and it will take you to your Rental Queue. There you can view all your account activity.
How long is each audiobook?
They vary in length. Estimate one hour for each cassette or CD and you will be pretty close.
How do I return the audiobooks?
Your selections were mailed via USPS in a two-way mailer. Save this mailer & use it to return your selections.
